Chris performed the inspection for prospective residence. I can't vouch for a better inspector than Chris. He was very thorough in every aspect of the home and even taught us a thing or two as he walked us through his inspection findings. He made sure to educate us on minor vs. major repairs to be done. He always was available to pick up our calls (multiple times!) and answer our questions.

He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. The inspection summary I received was detail oriented with pics and gave really good insight on the home. Reasonable price. This is my second time employing the service of Christopher O'Toole for a home inspection. The first time was August 2022 and his maticulous dedication to his craft discovered defects in the house that ultimately saved me lots of headache. I got Christopher to do another inspection a few weeks ago and his inspection was spot on again and discovered major defects that led my wife and I to cancel the contract! If you want a peace of mind, someone that is honest, dependable, knowledgeable, experience and efficient then Christopher is that person!

He was even able to fit my inspection in earlier than I thought which gave me more time to go over the items in his report. Chris at JIC Home Inspectors was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very quick to respond to my inquiry (matter of minutes), and was more than willing to work with mine and my husband's hectic schedules. Chris took the time to talk through all pre-inspection questions with myself, and again with my husband. He went over the inspection in layman's terms so I was able to understand everything and provided great visuals that we're able to take to the seller to request repairs. We certainly feel more secure with our purchase having had it inspected by JIC, and 100% plan to have Chris do our one year inspection as well. To sum it all up, Chris is a nice dude who does a thorough job and I'd recommend his services to anyone needing a home inspection.

Moved from NY to Texas!! Called Chris and came out right away to inspect the home. Chris was fantastic he looked at every single detail inside and outside the home. I've recently moved from Miami, FL to the DFW metro and quickly purchased a D.R. Horton home back in March 2021. Everything seems to be working fine BUT I just wanted this home inspection for a peace of mind and to submit paperwork to have any issue found fixed before my one-year warranty expired. I contacted a few businesses but Chris answered promptly. I set up an appointment and he completed the inspection. He found a few minor issues that I plan to submit in February 2022 to get fixed. Chris was very thorough and professional when inspecting my home. I would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspector. I plan to have him look at the home again in a few years just to make sure everything is fine. Thank you!

Chris was a fantastic home inspector! He found things that I would never have thought to look for when buying a home. He also took the time to provide a regular maintenance schedule for the house and a tutorial on how to work some of the systems.
